Ford Figo Price Reviews Style Design

The Ford Figo is available in both petrol and diesel versions, all with five speed manual transmissions and power steering as standard. The diesel version of Ford Figo is equipped with the same engine which is currently powering the Ford Ikon and Ford Fiesta.

On the other hand, petrol version of Ford Figo is equipped with the new 1.2L, petrol engine which delivers 71 PS of power at 6250 rpm with 102 Nm of maximum torque at 4000 rpm. The car accelerates from 0-100kmph under 15 seconds and has a top speed of 164 kmph. Here are the quick details of the Ford Figo engine:
  •     A four cylinder 1196cc 16V DOHC Petrol engine, rated at 71 PS (52 kW; 70 bhp) @6250rpm with 102 N·m (75 ft·lbf) @4000rpm maximum torque.
  •     A four cylinder 1399cc 8V SOHC Diesel engine, rated at 68 PS (50 kW; 67 bhp) @4000rpm with 160 N·m (120 ft·lbf) @2000rpm maximum torque.

The petrol version is the all new 1.2 liter, SEFI petrol engine with five speed manual transmission. The petrol variant gives a mileage of around 12.5 kmpl mileage in the city while on the highway it offers mileage around 15.5 kmpl. The engine also meets with BS-IV (Bharat Stage - IV) emission norms. Diesel variants of the Figo are powered by Ford’s 1.4 liter Duratorq diesel engine.

The front or the nose of the figo is the most attractive part of the car.Its inspired by the kinetic theme seen on new gen ford cars. The slim grille and huge anvil-like lower grille are typical Kinetic Design elements, which work brilliantly to offer a sporty and contemporary look. Details like the headlamps and the prominent wheel arches add to the dramatic-looking front end. styling is heavily inspired by the Europe ford fusion.so the Figo rapidly loses its modern looks and moves a generation back to betray its roots, which lie in the previous Mark V Fiesta (code: B256) from 2003. Though Ford has re-skinned most of the car by replacing almost all the body panels, the large glass area and low window line point look stylistically outdated. Its based on the last generation Ford Fiesta;so it shares most of the underpinnings with the car. hence build quality is really good and the doors shut with the big car-thud. Basically its the last generation fiesta without a boot.

Volvo C70 Price Car Design

The Volvo C70 is propelled by its standard turbocharged 5-cylinder, T5 engine. Output for the 2.5-liter light-pressure turbo powerplant is 227 horsepower at 5,000 rpm with torque at 236 lb.-ft. from 1,500 to 4,800 rpm. The flat torque curve puts the power to the front wheels evenly and makes the car highly responsive. A performance-oriented six-speed manual gearbox, once standard, was recently discontinued. A five-speed "Geartronic" microprocessor controlled automatic with "Auto-stick" function is now the only transmission option.

This turbo convertible is good for 19 city and 28 highway miles per gallon, while zero-to-60 takes 7.4 seconds. Inside, the C70 is designed to accommodate four adults. The two rear seats have comfortably angled backrests and generous width. With a push of a button on the backrest, the front seats move forward to facilitate entry to the rear seat.

To more easily accept cargo when the roof is in the stowed position, the Volvo C70 comes standard with Load Assist. At the touch of a trunk-mounted button, the entire roof assembly is lifted several inches, increasing the size of the opening to allow for small tote bags to be dropped into the trunk.

The naturally aspirated C70 S base model (previously known as C70 LE) drops by $12,000 from $71,950 to $59,950 (plus costs) while shedding leather upholstery and the top-level "Performance" audio system.

Like the revised C30 hatch also launched this week (which includes the ultra-efficient C30 DRIVe variant) the updated C70 features bolder front-end styling comprising a broader lower air opening, new angular headlights and LED tail-lights and a larger 'iron mark' Volvo badge first seen on the S60 mid-sized concept sedan and now common among the Swedish stable. All up, the changes contribute to a sharper, more streamlined face for the Volvo C70 convertible.
